Fleet Mechanic

In the Mechanic job, you will be:

• Servicing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of vehicles, plant, and equipment
• Diagnosing faults and carry out repairs, including electric vehicles
  
• Supporting roadside breakdowns and recovery within the county
• Completing job records, parts orders and documentation
• Carrying out pre-MOT inspections and ensure vehicles meet safety standards
  

To be successful in the Fleet Mechanic job, you will need:

• Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Mechanics
  
• Class B driving licence (additional categories a bonus)
  
• Strong fault-finding, diagnostic and technical skills
  
• Knowledge of Health & Safety, PUWER and LOLER regulations
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

What’s on offer:

• £14.48 per hour + holiday's and weekly pay
  
• Ongoing temporary role
  
• Full time - 37 hours per week
  
• Based in Mochdre, Colwyn Bay
