Job Role
This is a non-contentious position with a focus on commercial contracts, intellectual property transactions, and media-related work.

The successful candidate will enjoy high levels of client contact and involvement in headline-grabbing work with global brands.

Key Responsibilities
, Drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts with a strong IP and media focus
, Advising on licensing, acquisitions of brands and content, and marketing campaigns (including sports and entertainment)
, Navigating issues around competition law and parallel trade
, Supporting clients on strategic and day-to-day commercial needs

Ideal Candidate
, Minimum 2 years PQE in commercial/IP law
, Experience in advertising, brand, and media-related contracts
, Technically strong with excellent drafting skills
, Commercially aware and client-focused
, Enthusiastic, proactive, and collaborative
