Corporate Solicitor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven Corporate Solicitor to join a dynamic and growing corporate team based in Leeds.

This is a fantastic role for a commercially astute solicitor keen to broaden their experience, work on high-profile deals, and take the next step in their career within a collaborative and supportive environment.

The role

As a Corporate Solicitor, you'll become part of an extremely credible corporate team.

This role offers exposure to a broad spectrum of high-quality corporate work including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, capital markets deals, cross-border investments, joint ventures and group restructurings.

Working alongside experienced colleagues on national and international transactions, you'll manage your own caseload while also supporting on larger, complex deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision, while supporting senior colleagues on larger transactions.


• Advising clients on a wide range of corporate transactions, including M&A, investments, restructures, and private equity deals.


• Supporting business development initiatives and helping to build strong, lasting relationships with a diverse client base.

About you

• 3+ years PQE in Corporate law.


• A team player with a proactive and ambitious approach.


• Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
