About the role

Within this Employment Solicitor role, you will work on a diverse range of cases from day-to-day HR advice to complex business reorganisations and tribunals.

Your day-to-day duties may include:

• Advising clients on employment law issues such as contracts, redundancies, TUPE or collective consultations


• Managing tribunal claims


• Providing corporate support on transactions and restructures


• Building strong client relationships


• Supervising and mentoring junior team members

About You

The successful candidate for the Employment Solicitor role will ideally have at least 4-6 years PQE, has fantastic client care and communication skills and is able to work well as part of a team.
