About the role

In this role, you will be working within a large, respected Construction team that is experiencing rapid expansion.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team within a department that is a key area of growth for the overall legal practice.

Within this Construction Solicitor role, your day-to-day duties may require you to work on contentious and non-contentious matters including:

• Running your own caseload of Construction matters


• Negotiating building and construction contracts


• Managing transactions


• Securing warranties


• Adjudications


• Navigating disputes


• Providing practical advice to clients


• Supporting more junior members of the team


• Building and maintain close relationships with clients


• Taking part in Business Development Initiatives

About You

The successful candidate for this Construction Solicitor role will ideally have 3+ years PQE within Construction law, is commercially aware and has excellent organisation skills.
