ServiceNow Account Manager

Linking Humans is hiring on behalf of a leading ServiceNow partner in the UAE.

The Opportunity:

We’re on the lookout for a proactive and commercially minded Client Account Lead to take ownership of enterprise relationships, nurture pipeline growth, and guide opportunities from early engagement through to successful close.

This role also includes close coordination with channel partners to jointly drive revenue and support strategic sales efforts.

Main Responsibilities:



  • Manage a portfolio of key enterprise customers, ensuring long-term satisfaction and account retention


  • Uncover new opportunities within existing clients to expand product adoption and services uptake


  • Provide accurate pipeline updates and maintain detailed records using a CRM system


  • Foster strong alliances with channel partners, collaborating on joint go-to-market plans and sales strategies


  • Attend client meetings, regional events, and partner sessions across the GCC


  • Work closely with technical consultants and delivery teams to ensure smooth project outcomes and client success


  • Represent the business at external engagements and industry forums as needed


Your Background:



  • At least 5 years’ experience in enterprise account management or B2B technology sales (ServiceNow or similar platforms highly preferred)


  • Fluent in both Arabic and English – written and verbal communication skills are key


  • Solid understanding of channel sales and partner-led selling environments


  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar


  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills


  • Willing and able to travel within the region on a regular basis
