About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Planning Solicitor to join a national team in which you will be advising clients across industry sectors including:

• Housebuilding


• Retail


• Investment


• Energy


• Projects

You will also be running your own caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters such as:

• Highways


• Compulsory purchase work


• Section 106 agreements


• Judicial reviews


• Footpath/highway closures


• Infrastructure agreements


• Village green issues

About you

The successful candidate will ideally have 4+ years PQE within Planning law, is able to work well under pressure and can juggle multiple projects at once.
