The Role

The established legal department is an integral and visible part of overall business and there now exists an opportunity for a UK qualified solicitor to join this team, working for the wholesale division playing a crucial role in advising the group's key businesses.

Providing business partnering support, you'll interact with all levels of the organisation and external partners, making the role both dynamic and impactful.

The Person

The ideal person will have at least x2 years exposure to commercial (contracts) law, although those with less PQE but with relevant experience pre-qualification, will be viewed positively.

You're likely to be someone who is commercially astute, confident, and capable of influencing others in a fast-paced environment.

You'll naturally have excellent drafting and negotiation commercial contracts, strong communication, relationship-building skills and a demonstrable desire to work In-house.
