About the role

Within this Corporate Commercial Solicitor role, you will be the head of the department and oversee a wide range of complex matters such as:

• Corporate governance


• Mergers and acquisitions


• Commercial contracts


• Regulatory compliance


• Risk Management


• Negotiations

As well as this, you will be taking part in Business Development Initiatives, supporting the team with their professional development, mentor more junior members of the team and provide supervision when necessary.

About You

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is ready to take the next step in their career and feels ready to manage a wider team.

The successful candidate will ideally have at least 6+ years PQE within corporate transaction law, has excellent client care skills and is able to manage multiple tasks at once.
