In-house Employment Solicitor

Extremely rare opportunity for an employment solicitor to work In-house for a highly recognised and reputable company, famed for its entrepreneurial enterprise and high-profile MD.

Working in a large and well regarded In-house legal team on the Cheshire boarder you can expect a varied and interesting caseload in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The role is offered on a hybrid basis and candidates are expected to attend the offices in Deeside x3 days a week.

You'll work alongside and report into the senior employment law solicitor and the ideal candidate with have 5-8 years PQE gained predominantly in employment law, wholly or mainly on the respondent side.

Experience of managing a caseload of Employment Tribunal matters is essential.

This is a role which will offer autonomy, responsibility and accountability in a supportive environment that offers ongoing training and career development.
