Teach Plus are currently working with a ‘Good' primary school located in the heart of Southall who are looking for a Primary Class Teacher to join them from September 2025.

The school is a friendly, popular local community school where staff and pupils enjoy coming to school and working alongside together.

Behaviour across the school is positive and pupils enjoy taking on additional responsibilities such as collecting items for food banks for the local community.

The senior leadership team have put in place a well-balanced, ambitious curriculum that keep the children motivated and challenged.

There is a strong focus on a healthy work/life balance within the school, with a focus on an effective workload for staff members.

As a Primary Class Teacher you will be required to:

• Take on full classroom responsibilities, including planning, preparation, marking and assessments


• Plan and deliver lessons in line with the UK National Curriculum


• Plan for continuous provision with enhancements opportunities for our pupils


• Use a range of different primary class teacher strategies and resources to support pupils' learning and development, including learning through play, phonics, and early numeracy skills.


• Maintain consistent relationships with parents surrounding their academic progression


• Attend meetings and INSET days to further support the internal development of the school

The ideal candidate for the Primary Class Teacher role will have:

• Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum


• Recent Primary Class Teacher experience within a primary school setting


• A strong work ethic who is willing to commit for at least one academic year


• UK recognized Teaching Qualification with QTS


• Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service


• Right to work in the UK
