Job Role
As a Senior Associate in the Birmingham Pensions team, you'll handle a varied and high-quality caseload advising corporates, trustees, and public bodies on DB and DC schemes.

You'll also contribute to strategic projects such as risk transfers and scheme restructuring.

Key Responsibilities
, Providing tailored legal advice on occupational pension schemes
, Managing complex and day-to-day pensions matters independently
, Drafting detailed legal documentation and supporting project delivery
, Supervising junior team members and contributing to their development
, Collaborating with national colleagues to provide seamless client service

Job Requirements
, Qualified solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in pensions law
, Strong technical skills and commercial awareness
, Excellent communication, drafting, and problem-solving abilities
, Team-oriented with a proactive, self-starting approach
, Passionate about mentoring and knowledge sharing
