Solid opportunity for a competent Trade Mark Attorney to join an established firm at an exciting time of its development in their London hub.

There is plenty of good quality work from a healthy pipeline of both longstanding and new clients; you will have ample scope to work commercially and provide genuinely strategic advice.

You will have access to the full range of Attorney work including but not limited to:

, Brand protection strategy

, Management of international trade mark portfolios

, Advising on trade mark clearance, protection and registration

, Design protection / online brand enforcement

Whilst there is no shortage of work, we are looking for an Attorney who will enjoy being involved in business development and marketing in a team-led environment.

The firm's hybrid-working policy requires you to be in the office two days a week; there is no burning-the-midnight-oil culture here - they have always promoted a healthy work-life balance.
