Architectural Technician

A contractor specialising in Facade is seeking an experienced Architectural Technician with a background in Cladding to join their team in Greater Manchester.

Salary: £55,000 - £70,000
Start Date: ASAP
Work Arrangement: Full-time & On-site
Work Hours: 8 AM to 4 PM or 9 AM to 5 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Compliance Checks: Ensure all designs meet regulatory standards.


• Design Review: Conduct thorough checks over designs for accuracy.


• Technical Support: Provide guidance and support to technicians.


• Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure project success.


• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of design changes and communications.

Qualifications

• Cladding Background: Essential experience in cladding systems.


• Software Proficiency: Skilled in Revit and CAD.
