About the role

Within this Employment Partner role, you will be working alongside a well-experienced specialist Partner and founder whilst acting on behalf of employers and employees on matters including:

• Employment contracts


• Disciplinary actions and grievances


• Discrimination, unfair and wrongful dismissal claims


• Redundancy


• Termination of employment


• TUPE


• Advisory matters

As well as this, you will be building and maintaining your own network, taking part in Business Development matters and undertaking referral work.

About You

The successful candidate for this Employment Partner role will ideally have 7+ years PQE, has a following and is looking to establish themselves for the long-term in a busy and well-respected department.
