The role:


As an NQ Employment Solicitor, you will work closely with senior lawyers across the team to provide advice and representation on a wide range of employment law issues.

You will be expected to manage your own caseload under supervision and assist with complex litigation and advisory matters that impact clients across various sectors.


Key responsibilities



  • Supporting and advising clients on employment disputes, tribunal claims, and High Court litigation

  • Drafting and negotiating settlement agreements, contracts, and policies

  • Conducting legal research and preparing clear, commercial advice for clients

  • Liaising with clients, counsel, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth case management

  • Contributing to the team's growth by building client relationships and supporting business development initiatives

The ideal candidate will be an ambitious and detail orientated.

You will have:



  • You are a Newly Qualified solicitor with a strong academic background and a genuine interest in Employment Law

  • A proactive and commercially minded approach, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
