Residential Conveyancer

Sacco Mann are recruiting for a Residential Conveyancer to join a respected Leeds law firm into their City Centre offices to work in the Repossession Sales Team.

This role would suit someone with previous experience of case handling experience, dealing with both freehold and leasehold residential sales and purchases.

Joining the Leeds office, you will represent lender clients in the sales of properties from instruction through to completion, including title checking, liaising with buyer's solicitors resolving enquiries and ensuring a fast transaction process, and ensuring that all title issues are identified.

The firm are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years residential conveyancing experience, having ran your own sales and purchases caseload.
