This award-winning law firm, with an exceptional culture, is growing and currently looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its respected team based in Leeds.

The successful candidate will become part of a Legal 500-recognised Employment team that supports a wide range of clients, this role is to be part of a growing focused group who have a niche in acting for recruitment agencies, umbrella companies, and employment businesses.

The team is known for its expertise and approachable style.

The Role
The Employment Solicitor will handle a variety of work - from day-to-day HR queries to more complex issues like reorganisations and tribunal matters.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Advising on employment law matters such as contracts, redundancies, TUPE, and consultations


• Managing employment tribunal claims


• Supporting corporate transactions and restructures


• Advising on IR35, CIS, and gig economy issues


• Assisting clients with regulatory investigations


• Building and maintaining strong client relationships


• Supporting junior team members through mentoring and supervision

The Ideal Candidate
The firm is looking for someone with at least 4 years' post-qualification experience in Employment Law.

Strong communication skills, a client-focused mindset, and a collaborative approach are key.

Experience within the recruitment sector is a plus, though not essential, as the firm offers full support and training to get up to speed in this area.
