Outstanding new opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with particular plots experience to work as the number two to the Head of Department.

This practice has seen significant growth over the last few years and is seen as an employer of choice for many with excellent staff retention.

The Head of Department is keen to move into more of a business development role and so is looking for a senior residential conveyancing solicitor to handle a very warm existing caseload of plot purchases and deal with the day-to-day supervision of a small team.

This supportive team is recognised for providing a very high-quality service to clients nationwide and they are keen to hear from qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitors who have at least 5+ years experience and with a proven track record in residential conveyancing with particular plots experience.

Our client is happy to consider candidates who fall outside of this bracket but show the necessary enthusiasm and knowledge for the role.
