Job Role
As a Private Client Paralegal, you will assist fee earners across a broad range of matters, including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney.

Key Responsibilities
, Supporting fee earners with day-to-day file management
, Drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and other documents
, Assisting with Probate and Estate Administration cases
, Liaising with clients, third parties, and internal teams
, Preparing documentation and legal bundles
, Managing administrative tasks to ensure smooth case progression

Job Requirements
, Previous experience in a Private Client department (6+ months preferred)
, Law degree or equivalent qualification (desirable)
, Excellent communication and client care skills
, High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
, A proactive and professional approach
, Willingness to learn and develop within the role
