About the role

Within this Residential Conveyancing Solicitor role, you will be joining a team with a strong local reputation.

Your day-to-day duties in this role may include:

• Supervising and supporting the wider team


• Managing your own caseload of sales, purchases and remortgages


• Maintaining regular contact with your clients regarding the progress of their files


• Building and maintain a loyal client base


• Taking part in Business Development Initiatives


• Liaising with clients, agents and other Solicitors


• Conducting searches and assisting with exchange and completion processes

About You

The successful candidate for this Residential Conveyancing Solicitor role will ideally have at least 3+ years PQE, has strong supervisory skills, has excellent client care skills and is ready to take the next step in their career.
