Childcare Fee Earner

A well-established firm is recruiting for an experienced Childcare Chartered Legal Executive to join the team Sheffield.

Having been established for over a century, the firm has a strong client base with much of the work coming through referrals and word of mouth.

This is a down-to-earth firm where you can establish a long-term career in their growing Childcare Team.



The Role



Joining the team, you will be working on a variation of private and public children matters including childcare proceedings, child contact agreements, domestic abuse claims and adoption.



Key Responsibilities




  • Running your own caseload.

  • Advising and representing clients across private and public Children Lawand domestic abuse including legal aid work.

  • Conducting advocacy in court.

  • Networking and creating and maintaining professional relationships.



About You




  • Qualified Chartered Legal Executive with at least 3 years' experience within Children Law who have ran their own caseload from start to finish.

  • A Children Panel Accreditation.

  • Confident with undertaking your own advocacy.

  • Passionate about working in Children Law.
