We're currently recruiting for a Mechanical Fitter to join a well-established FMCG manufacturing company.

What the job involves:

  Carrying out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance across the site

  Supporting small-scale projects and plant improvements

  
  


• 
  

  Working closely with production to maintain flow and uptime

  
  


• 
  

  Contributing to safety, quality, and operational performance

  
  

What we're looking for:

  Mechanically skilled

  
  


• 
  

  Confident working independently and within a team

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in food, FMCG, or other fast-moving environments is ideal

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable working Panama shifts

  Proactive, hands-on, and dependable
