Job Role
Working alongside specialists in the Employment team, you'll advise on a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters, with a focus on supporting the education sector across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
, Advising universities, colleges, academies, and schools on a broad range of employment issues
, Managing Employment Tribunal cases
, Providing strategic advice on complex and sensitive HR matters
, Delivering client training and seminars
, Supervising junior team members and contributing to business development

Job Requirements
, Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in Employment Law
, Strong technical ability and confident handling of Tribunal litigation
, Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
, Experience advising large employers or clients in regulated sectors is a plus
, Interest in the education sector and enthusiasm for delivering client training
