The role:

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage your own caseload of residential property transactions, acting as a trusted advisor to a broad client base.

You'll work collaboratively with the wider team, contributing to a smooth, efficient process that puts client satisfaction front and centre.

The role offers scope to develop your expertise in conveyancing while benefiting from flexible working options and a great office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, from initial instruction to completion


• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other professionals to ensure smooth progress


• Provide clear, practical advice tailored to client needs and circumstances


• Identify and manage risks and issues as they arise, escalating when necessary


• Maintain accurate and timely case records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements


• Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve processes and client experience

About you?

The ideal candidate will be an ambitious and detail orientated.

You will have:

• You are a qualified Residential Conveyancer with proven experience handling a broad range of property transactions


• You're organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple files efficiently
