They are looking for a Residential Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join their friendly and welcoming team.



With multiple offices throughout the Lancashire and the Fylde Coast, our client are committed to delivering excellent results while maintaining a supportive and inclusive work environment.



About the role


Your responsibilities for this Residential Conveyancing Legal Assistant role may include:



  • Liaising with clients and third parties over the phone, face to face and via email

  • Chasing various legal documents

  • Preparing various legal documents required throughout the Conveyancing process

  • Ensuring the case management system always remains up-to-date

  • Preparing completion packs

  • Dealing with post exchange matters



About You


The successful candidate will ideally have at least 6 months previous experience within Residential Conveyancing, can work well as part of a team, is driven, looking for a new challenge and is confident in their own ability.
