Highly regarded, commercial law firm looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor into their Preston offices.

Our client is looking for an exceptional Employment Solicitor to join the team, which deals with an impressive range of high-quality work for their national client base.

This is a fantastic opportunity to head of the overall department and get on track to becoming Partner.

Within this Employment Solicitor role, your duties will include:

• Managing and supporting the overall Employment team


• Running your own caseload of unfair dismissals, discrimination, redundancy, grievances and disciplinary matters


• Taking part in Business Development Initiatives


• Developing and maintaining a broad client network

The successful candidate for this Employment Solicitor role will ideally have at least 7 years PQE, be confident in their own ability and be ambitious with their long-term career goals.
