Employment Litigation Solicitor

Legal 500 ranked law firm looking to recruit an Employment Litigation Solicitor in their Manchester office.

Sacco Mann is working with a well-respected law firm that is looking for an experienced Employment Litigation Solicitor to join their dynamic team.

Within this role, the Solicitor will prepare for Employment Tribunal hearings and oversee the supervision of more junior members of the team.

Other day-to-day responsibilities for this role would include:

• Monitoring and supporting Trainee Solicitors with their cases and performance


• Undertaking quality checks and assessments on ET3 responses, preliminary hearings, court bundles and witness statements


• Drafting and preparing ET3 responses, witness statements and other relevant legal documentation


• Conducting your own advocacy


• Corresponding with other Solicitors, representatives and clients

The is an exciting opportunity to work within a role where the successful candidate will assist in building a team around themselves.

Ideally, they will display at least 2-5 years PQE within Employment law, have previous Litigation and advocacy experience, be well-motivated, supportive and driven to help shape the overall performance of the surrounding team.
