Job Role
You'll handle a broad range of residential development matters, including land acquisitions, planning, construction, and plot sales.

You'll be advising well-known developer clients, working on high-profile projects, and playing an active role in business development and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
, Advising on land acquisition, site assembly, planning, and infrastructure agreements
, Handling development and construction matters
, Managing site set-up and overseeing plot conveyancing
, Providing commercial advice to housebuilders and developers
, Supporting team-wide initiatives and mentoring junior lawyers where appropriate

Job Requirements
, Minimum 2 year PQE in residential development or the housebuilding sector
, Experience working within a recognised property practice
, Strong technical knowledge and the ability to handle complex transactions
, Commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
, Excellent communication and organisational skills
, Experience with major housebuilder clients is desirable but not essential
