Sacco Mann is delighted to be partnered with a major international law firm, looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its highly regarded real estate team in Leeds.

Joining this top tier law firm, you will be handling a broad mix of work, cutting across the full range of commercial property matters and will work alongside well-renowned solicitors with vast experience in this field.

The Role

As a commercial property solicitor, you will be working on a wide range of commercial property matters, with an emphasis on landlord and tenant work and ongoing asset management, on behalf of an impressive client roster (many being large household name businesses).

The role includes advising on lease negotiations, renewals, terminations, acquisitions, disposals, and development projects.

You will support high-profile national and international clients, managing key relationships and delivering commercially focused advice.

You'll also collaborate with colleagues across the firm on multi-disciplinary matters, drafting and negotiating documentation, and contributing to the smooth delivery of complex portfolio work.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising clients on landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals, and terminations


• Supporting acquisitions, disposals, and development projects


• Managing day-to-day property asset management for institutional clients


• Drafting and negotiating leases, licences, and development agreements


• Contributing to client relationship and business development initiatives

About you

You'll be a commercially minded and detail-focused solicitor with a passion for commercial property.

You will bring:

  2-3 years' PQE with solid experience in landlord and tenant work


• Strong technical expertise in property law and asset management


• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills


• The ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and professionally.
