Welder Fabricator

A Welder Fabricator is needed for a permanent role working across both workshop and site-based projects in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire.

Rate: £21 per hour
Location: Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 10 hours per day (paid)
Overtime Available (weekend work available, time half at weekends)
Tickets: No tickets required, but the more qualifications or tickets held, the better.

Duties:

• Carry out MIG/TIG welding and fabrication of steel components to precise specifications


• Read and interpret technical drawings for both workshop and on-site fabrication projects


• Assemble and install fabricated structures on site, ensuring high quality and safety compliance


• Operate workshop machinery, hand tools, and power tools efficiently and safely


• Work closely with the site and workshop teams to meet deadlines and maintain production standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience in welding and fabrication, both in workshop and site settings


• Ability to work from technical drawings and fabrication plans


• Strong understanding of health and safety procedures in fabrication environments


• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when required
