They are now looking to appoint a dynamic and seasoned Senior Restaurant Manager to support the leadership team in steering this high-profile, high-volume establishment into its next exciting chapter.

• Motivate and manage a passionate, professional team
• Ensure commercial success through strong cost controls, planning, and guest engagement

• Be visible and present during peak hours, particularly evenings and weekends!

• Demonstrated success in senior leadership roles within high-volume restaurant environments
• In-depth knowledge of front-of-house operations and service excellence

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including regular late-night closes
