Responsibilities:




  • Manage and develop the Citrix environment




  • Troubleshoot issues and create technical guidelines




  • Advise departments on IT services (e.g., app streaming)




  • Support projects and handle sub-projects




  • Document work processes




Requirements:




  • IT degree or vocational training




  • Several years' experience, ideally in 2nd level support




  • Citrix administration expertise




  • Structured, problem-solving approach




  • Strong service orientation and communication skills




  • Fluent German, very good English




  • Certifications a plus
