Sought is a talented Patent Litigation Attorney to join the dynamic group of a highly reputable IP practice who operate at the forefront of managing complex, high-value patent litigation cases.

If your career already sits in the litigation space or you are passionate about a move into it, then do get in touch.

You'll be dual qualified, and London based with experience working in telecoms (ideally 3GPP) and SEPs, however, it's not essential that your academic background reflects this niche technical area.

Pivotally, as a skilled patent attorney you'll work closely with litigators as well as undertaking drafting, prosecution and client portfolio analysis and testing.
