Zest Optical are working with a leading independent Opticians covering Bexleyheath, Chislehurst and Sevenoaks to recruit an Optical Assistant.

This is a part-time role (3-4 days per week, no weekends) offering a salary of £24,000-£26,000 pro rata, plus staff parking and ongoing training.

Optical Assistant - Role

• Working between 2-3 practices across Bexleyheath, Chislehurst and Sevenoaks

• Hands-on involvement in all areas of the practice alongside an experienced Dispensing Optician and fully trained support team


• Hours: 3-4 days per week, 9am-5.30pm, no weekends


• Salary: £24,000-£26,000 pro rata

Optical Assistant - Requirements

• Previous experience working within an Opticians


• A passion for eyewear, fashion, and styling


• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable manner


• Attention to detail and ability to work well within a team
