Job Title:         Assistant General Manager

A modern Mediterranean restaurant in West London is seeking a thoughtful, hands-on Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join its leadership team.

What you will do:

• Immerse yourself in service from day one to understand the team, guests, and hospitality ethos
• Observe, ask questions, and collaborate—your insights will help refine performance and guest experience
• Support and complement the GM and owners, taking ownership of key initiatives and KPIs
• Lead a small team (5–6) with empathy, calm, and a service-first mindset
• Drive weekly sales, guest retention, and net spend per guest metrics
• Champion a culture of learning, simplicity, and continuous improvement

What we hope you will bring:

• Proven experience in restaurant management, including P&L responsibility
• Strong operational skills: rotas, budgeting, health & safety, menu development
• Deep knowledge of wine (WSET welcome), cocktails, and restaurant economics
