Salon Assistant

We are looking for a Salon Assistant to support the smooth daily running of the hairdressing salon and dispensary within an educational setting by ensuring a clean, safe, and organised environment for staff and students.

As part of the Salon Assistant role, you will be;

•Maintain cleanliness and a safe working environment in all areas under your responsibility
•Manage stock orders, reception, and storage from approved suppliers, ensuring stock levels are maintained within budget
•Keep towels laundered and ready for use
•Clean and maintain dispensary pots and equipment
•Sweep and tidy salon floors regularly
•Assist students with basic salon duties under supervision

To be considered for the Salon Assistant role you must have.

•Must hold an Enhanced DBS, as this role is based in an educational setting
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Flexible, self-motivated, and able to communicate in both Welsh and English (desirable)

This is a temporary full time role based in Rhos On Sea.

We are looking for someone to start on the 19th September – 26th September (could be extended).

Working hours are 8:30am – 17:00pm Monday to Friday and this role offers an hourly rate of £12.84per hour PLUS holiday pay.
