Electricians Mate

1x Electrician's Mate required for a job in Central London

Rate: £21 per hour
Start Date: Monday 29th September
Contract Longevity: 4-6 weeks (potential to move onto other projects until Christmas)
Hours: 07:30 - 16:30 (8 hours paid, 9 on site including breaks)
Weekends/Overtime: Some out-of-hours weekend work may be required.

Overtime paid at x1.25 on Saturdays and x1.5 on Sundays.

Duties include:

• Assisting electricians and supervisors with installation tasks on site


• Supporting electrical 1st fix and 2nd fix works


• Helping with the movement, organisation, and preparation of materials and tools


• Following instructions from supervisors to ensure deadlines are met efficiently


• Maintaining tidy working areas and adhering to all site health & safety requirements

Requirements:

• Valid ECS Card


• General hand tools


• Previous experience assisting electricians on construction projects preferred
