Job Responsibilities
Support classroom teachers in delivering tailored learning for pupils with SEN
Assist children with additional needs to engage fully in lessons and activities
Encourage positive behaviour and social development in line with school values
Help maintain a safe and nurturing environment where every child feels supported
Work closely with teachers, families, and other staff to monitor and support pupil progress
This SEN Teaching Assistant role requires a patient, adaptable, and proactive individual.
A successful candidate will thrive as a SEN Teaching Assistant, providing hands-on support, observation, and the adaptation of learning activities to meet diverse pupil needs.

Qualifications/Experience
Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
Right to work in the UK
Previous experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is highly desirable.
