Autism Specialist Teaching Assistant - Specialist College (16-25) - Isleworth- Immediate Start

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team supporting autistic young people aged 16-25, delivering a personalised curriculum and providing 1:1 support.

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 4:00pm, Immediate Start

The Role

• Provide 1:1 and small group support, tailored to each learner's individual goals.


• Assist in delivering a personalised curriculum that supports academic, social, and life skills development.


• Help learners build independence and confidence through structured, autism-friendly approaches.


• Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment, both in and outside the classroom.


• Work closely with teachers and therapists to adapt activities and ensure learners can reach their full potential.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEND (autism experience highly desirable).


• A genuine passion for empowering young people to build skills and independence.


• Ability to provide patient, consistent, and empathetic support.


• Strong teamwork and communication skills.


• Willingness to obtain or already hold an enhanced DBS.


• Live local to Isleworth or within a commutable distance
