Job Responsibilities

As a Supply Teacher, you will:




  • Deliver high-quality lessons that engage and inspire pupils across the primary age range.




  • Manage the classroom effectively to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.




  • Follow lesson plans provided by the class teacher, adapting as necessary to meet the needs of all learners.




  • Promote the school's values of Caring, Curious, and Courageous in your teaching practice.




  • Collaborate with staff to ensure consistency and continuity of learning.




  • Contribute to the wider school community with professionalism, enthusiasm, and flexibility.

Qualifications/Experience

To be successful as a Supply Teacher, you should have:




  • An Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service




  • The Right to Work in the UK




  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent




  • Experience teaching within a primary school setting (preferred)




  • A flexible, reliable, and proactive approach to teaching and learning
