Tutor & Learner Support
Location: Leeds
Salary: £26,208 per annum, rising to £27,000 after 6-month probation
Contract: Permanent, Full-time

Are you passionate about education and supporting learners to achieve their goals? Our client, a leading training provider, is looking for a Tutor & Learner Support professional to join their team in Leeds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of high-quality teaching, learning and assessment.
• Encourage learner engagement, critical thinking and participation.
• Assist with marking, assessments and learner feedback.
• Collaborate with tutors to plan and deliver sessions.
• Provide Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) to learners.
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted and Matrix standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Level 3 qualification or relevant professional experience (telecommunications or related field).
• Maths & English at Level 2 or above.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of inclusive learning practices.
• A proactive, learner-focused approach.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with e-Portfolio systems (OneFile preferred).
• IAG Level 2 qualification (or willingness to work towards).
• Experience with Ofsted inspections.
• Commitment to CPD and professional growth.
