What You'll Be Doing
, Operating surface grinding, milling, drilling, and lapping machines to precise specifications.
, Producing high-tolerance components for critical industrial applications.
, Working from engineering drawings and using a range of precision measuring tools.
, Collaborating with the team to meet on-time delivery (OTIF) targets.
, Maintaining a safe, tidy, and efficient workshop environment.
, Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.

What We're Looking For
, Good experience in a toolroom or precision engineering environment.
, Skilled in surface grinding operations and comfortable with other manual machining duties.
, Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
, Understanding of Health & Safety practices in a workshop setting.
, A proactive team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Bonus Skills (not essential):
, Assembly or fitting experience.
, Apprenticeship or college-level qualification in mechanical engineering (or equivalent).
