Project Engineer

We are partnered with a leading engineering and marine technology company seeking two highly motivated Project Engineers to join their Havant-based team.

Key Responsibilities:
, Manage and coordinate engineering projects from concept through delivery, ensuring technical compliance, quality, and schedule adherence.
, Lead cross-functional teams, liaising with design, systems, and manufacturing departments.
, Oversee technical specifications, project documentation, and configuration of mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical systems.
, Support continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimize processes and systems.
, Provide technical support during project execution, including troubleshooting and problem-solving across multiple engineering disciplines.

Candidate Requirements:
, Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Naval, Aerospace, or related Engineering/Scientific discipline.
, Experience managing or coordinating engineering projects in a mechanical/electrical or marine systems environment is highly desirable.
, Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to multidisciplinary teams.
, Analytical mindset and attention to detail, with a focus on quality and compliance.
, Eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC)
