  Competitive Staff Specialist salary: $210,000 - $301,349 + 12% superannuation (pro rata)

  MBBS or equivalent with current or eligible registration with the Medical Board of Australia

  Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) or equivalent specialist recognition

  Experience and expertise in adult general psychiatry and forensic psychiatry, particularly in correctional or criminal justice settings

  Demonstrated clinical leadership, interpersonal skills, and capacity to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams

  Strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to liaise effectively with GPs and service providers
