The Support Worker will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to adults with learning disabilities.

This role involves working closely with internal teams, families, and external professionals to ensure that individuals are supported to lead fulfilling and independent lives.

You will be involved in the development and implementation of tailored care plans, ensuring that the needs of the people we support are met in line with regulatory and organisational standards.

What You’ll Do:

As a Support Worker, you’ll help people live independently, safely, and happily by supporting them with:

• Personal care and daily routines
• Shopping, cooking, and household tasks
• Getting out and about in the community
• Building relationships and improving wellbeing
