Reservations and Reception Agent Expectations:

• Experience within award-winning restaurants or high-profile event companies is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with reservation systems such as OpenTable, Quadranet, or Collins is a strong advantage.
• We are looking for a Reservations and Reception Agent with excellent written and spoken English, and a proven ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
• The ideal candidate thrives under pressure and is comfortable working across both head office reservations and a fast-paced restaurant front desk environment
