What You'll Be Doing Day to Day

You'll play a hands-on role across engineering delivery, including:

• Leading the technical scope of assigned subsea projects.


• Creating method statements, FEED studies, and high-quality engineering documentation.


• Performing installation analysis, calculations, and optimised deck layouts.


• Supporting fabrication design and the development of subsea equipment & tooling.


• Providing expert input into tenders, technical evaluations, and client-facing discussions.


• Capturing lessons learned and driving improvements across the engineering process.


• Being a key point of technical knowledge for project teams without needing to mobilise offshore.


• Championing safety and quality in all engineering decisions.

What You Bring

• A degree in Subsea, Marine/Naval, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.


• Previous project experience working on subsea EPC type diving / IRM / survey projects


• Strong technical background in subsea, offshore operations, or project engineering.


• A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving and analytical ability.


• Confident communication skills and the ability to produce clear, structured engineering documentation.


• Practical experience with engineering standards, regulations, and operational requirements.
