Packing / General Operatives Needed – Immediate Starts Available

Aqumen Recruitment is working with a successful manufacturing company in Mirfield.

We’re looking for reliable and hardworking people to join the Production Team.

This is a temporary to permanent opportunity after 12 weeks.

Pay Rates:

• 
  

  £12.21 per hour – Rotating Shifts (Mon–Fri 06:15–14:15 / 14:15–22:15)

• 
  

  £13.52 per hour – Fixed Night Shift (Mon–Fri 22:15–06:15)
  Overtime available at premium rates.

Job Duties:

• 
  

  Assisting machines and packing products

• 
  

  Packing finished goods into bags

• 
  

  Palletising and shrink wrapping products

• 
  

  Rotating across departments

• 
  

  Checking product quality and reporting issues

• 
  

  Manual, repetitive work

Ideal Candidate:

• 
  

  Good attitude and willing to learn

• 
  

  Reliable, punctual and hardworking

• 
  

  Able to work well in a team
