Workshop Welder Fabricator

We are seeking a Workshop Welder Fabricator to join a permanent position in Cambridgeshire.

Salary: £17 - £20 per hour (PAYE)
Hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm (Mon-Thurs) / 7:30am - 3:00pm (Fri), 39 hrs + overtime when required.
Contract Type: Permanent
Holidays: 22 days plus bank holidays
Start: ASAP

Duties:

• Carrying out fabrication and welding work from engineering drawings within the workshop


• Producing accurate assemblies, ensuring quality and dimensional standards are maintained


• Working with a variety of steel sections and components


• Preparing materials, setting out, and finishing fabricated items to specification


• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator


• Skilled in MIG welding Structural Steel & Architectural Metalwork


• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings


• Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
